CASA BASE è un progetto multimediale che comprende una serie di video-improvvisazioni e un approfondimento discografico.

Il concept del progetto è un game piece, un sistema di improvvisazione controllata per musicisti che suonano a distanza, ispirato al gioco del baseball. Il sistema è frutto della ricerca dei musicisti di Minus – Collettivo di improvvisazione, ed è nato da uno spunto di Simone Faraci, uno dei componenti fondatori del collettivo bolognese.

L’album raccoglie short version e alternate take dalle quattro sessioni, più un remix di Mattia Loris Siboni realizzato con tracce provenienti da tutte le sessioni, in un ulteriore tentativo di azzerare la distanza tra i musicisti.
